Letter of N.G. Michaloliakos to Kotzias: The exclusion of the Leader of the third political power from the notification about the Skopje issue is illegal
Kotzias and the antinational government that he represents, excludes and fights in every way Golden Dawn because she is the only political power that resists to their antinational plans.
The letter of the Secretary General of People’s Association-Golden Dawn, N.G. Michaloliakos towards the minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Kotzias as follows:
Athens, March 30 2018
To the honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Nikos Kotzias
According to the reportage of the Athenian-Macedonian News Agency, the previous day you communicated with the political parties of the opposition, in order to settle the meetings for the next week and inform them for the developments on the issue of the name of the state of Skopje.
In these meeting with the Political Leaders for a major national issue, once again you had me excluded, the head of the People’s Association-Golden Dawn, the third political party of the Country, according to the results of the last three elections.
I believe that is your obligation and an order of the Constitution (Article 4: “Greeks have equal rights and obligations”) to not exclude me from the meetings regarding the National issue of our Macedonia, since I express the volition of hundreds of thousand Greeks, manifested in the glorious rallies in Thessalonica and Athens.
Also, according to the Article 6, par. 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights: “There is a presumption that any person charged with a criminal offence is presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.”
Consequently, there is no excuse for this anti-constitutional prohibition of the expression of the volition of Greek People, who do not accept any compound name with the word Macedonia, in any language in the name of the state of Skopje.
Nikolaos G. Michaloliakos
Secretary General of People’s Association-Golden Dawn
